  No hot water or heating - Frozen!

  A couple of day's ago I got a low pressure reading on my Worchester combi boiler, I checked the paperwork for the boiler, but it did not explain how to re-pressurize the boiler, so last night 31/10 I went on to check-a-trader and Kilbey Heating Services came to the rescue the next day 1/11. John was great, was very helpful and explained how to re-pressurize the boiler, carried out the boilers annual service and set the times on it. John was very tidy too, I would definitely hire him again.

  My old ageing Worcester Boiler needed replacing!

  Nick turned up on time to the time given by him, he covered my flooring to keep it all clean and later hoovered where he had been in the kitchen, so it was clean when he finished. He took the old boiler out and replaced it with a new Worcester boiler. It was slightly different to the old boiler, but Nick explained how the new boiler worked, and left all the booklets that came with it. I was very happy with the work done and will use him again next year when the boiler has to be serviced. And I have a lovely warm home now!

  Finally my drains are clear!

  For years I had an issue with my drains, upstairs drains join mine via a pipe for both. Water was not draining properly, I have had numerous drain companies in the years but no one could fix it properly. Drain Division and their workers arrived yesterday, they looked at the problem and found there was large amounts of scale and silt and limescale that had built up over many years, in the pipe that joined our 2 properties. They cleared the problem with their equipment. They explained everything to me as they went along, they were clean, tidy and left no mess - they were brilliant!

  Replacing old shower with a new one.

  The lady I spoke to from Tap into plumbers was brilliant, she answered any questions I had and put my mind at rest with the job of getting my shower replaced. Two men from Tap into Plumbers turned up on time, were very courteous and fitted the new shower and left no mess. I got to have shower today so am very happy! :)

  Servicing my

  I got Conner Gas Services to service my Worchester Boiler and to fix the loose temperature dial on one of the radiators. I used Nick Conner last year to service my boiler and replace a broken part in the boiler, I was very impressed with him last year that I decided to give the job to him this year. Nick turned up at the time we arranged, I show him the loose radiator dial which he fixed, then he serviced the boiler. Nick tidy's up after he has finished and leaves no mess. He comes across as a very professional worker - I would use him again!

  Kitchen drainage problem!

  I had an issue with my kitchen sink the water was not draining away properly it was leaving slowly. Lee and Joe from premier drainage arrived on time, they looked at the sink and found that the waste rubber washer under the sink strainer had fell apart with age. They repaired this and cleaned out the pipes with their machine. Both Lee and Joe were very professional, tidy and very helpful to the questions I had. I would most certainly use this company again!

  Replacing the old light with a new light by my front door.

  Glen arrived at the time he said he would, I gave him the new light I had bought and he fitted it, replacing the old light that was there. Glen was a very polite friendly worker who cleaned up after himself and even took the old light and bits to dispose of for me. Nothing was too much trouble for him, yes I would definitely hire him again if I needed an electrician.

  To stop waste water from upstairs washing machine coming back up my pipe and into my washing machine

  Ross Snell arrived at the time arranged, he was a very friendly person who explained everything as he worked and this put you at ease. He was a very tidy and a Covid safe worker. When he left my property my kitchen sink water was flowing down the drain freely.

  Ripped old garden out, put in new Garden Patio and entrance Path and new lawn.

  The garden was re-designed exactly how I wanted it, putting in a new Aztec Sun circular patio, new turf laid, bordering with patio slabs. Jeff did such a good job and was very thorough in what he did, tidy and reliable. Because the garden looked so good it made the entrance path look rubbish, so I also got him to put in a new concrete path as well.
