John gave us a quote very quickly and stuck to it throughout. He was friendly and professional, listening to what we wanted and giving his advice about how to proceed. He came on the day agreed, worked quickly, cleanly and finished on schedule. John took us through the work he had done with enthusiasm and checked that we were completely happy before he left, offering after are on the system. No one looks forward to major works in their home, but John and his team were so considerate and friendly that the whole thing was a pleasure.

John got back to me very quickly, was communicative throughout, helped me understand what the issue was and fixed it for us there and then. Couldn't be happier, would definitely recommend.
