From start to finish, my contact and communications with Kevin were faultless. He quickly arranged the job and agreed a competitive price. The person he sent to do the job - Liam - was brilliant. He arrived exactly on time, rang me as requested, explained what he'd be doing, listened to my requests and put forward his own thoughts and suggestions and was very conscienctious. Would highly recommend KG Flooring. Excellent communication throughout, very friendly and professional fitter who did an excellent job. Even came back to fix an issue caused by the underlay I'd bought (ie not their mistake) which was greatly appreciated. I cannot recommend Kevin and Liam highly enough. Great communication with Kevin right from the outset. He was very patient with all my questions and always replied promptly, he also gave me loads of advice on how much vinyl I should get.
