Kevin did a brilliant job with our laminate floor. He arrived on time, was friendly and tidy, and finished the job on time. We wanted the skirting removed and refixed, and he did so neatly so that the skirting didn’t need replacing. Part of the job was replacing previous laminate, and Kevin spotted where the last fitter didn’t do a good job. He took time to tuck the laminate underneath the wardrobe and stair trim, giving an even better finish than before. When the job was done we had an issue with the stair nose, but he came back quickly and replaced it. We will happily use KG Flooring again!

Kevin was really great at communication - he replied to all emails really quickly. Liam fitted the flooring and was very quick and neat. We will be using KG Flooring again for sure!

From start to finish, my contact and communications with Kevin were faultless. He quickly arranged the job and agreed a competitive price. The person he sent to do the job - Liam - was brilliant. He arrived exactly on time, rang me as requested, explained what he'd be doing, listened to my requests and put forward his own thoughts and suggestions and was very conscienctious. Would highly recommend KG Flooring. Excellent communication throughout, very friendly and professional fitter who did an excellent job. Even came back to fix an issue caused by the underlay I'd bought (ie not their mistake) which was greatly appreciated. Would definitely use again.

I cannot recommend Kevin and Liam highly enough. Great communication with Kevin right from the outset. He was very patient with all my questions and always replied promptly, he also gave me loads of advice on how much vinyl I should get. Liam did the fit and he did a great job, even though it wasn't easy. Super happy with my new floor, thank you Kevin & Liam.
