  Electrics failed in elderly mother's house

  Joe and Kelly were great. Friendly, reliable and did a great job with a tricky set of problems. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and Mum was delighted with their service.

  Quote for changing a light fitting

  Joe was the first company to get back to me after a checkatrade query. Was very polite and quoted a reasonable price. Agreed a date. On the day he called an hour before the appointment time saying that he was sick and had to cancel, which in itself is not a problem, these things happen. I messaged him a list of dates I could do to get it rebooked. He ignored this. I left it a few days and tried calling. Left a message on voicemail and he has failed to get back to me. I feel he is no longer interested in the job and is now ignoring me, so have had to go elsewhere.

  Electric Heating required in Kitchen

  Joseph supplied and installed an electric radiator. He took the time to get the radiator over a weekend and the installation was prompt with minimum fuss and no mess. Very happy to find a reliable electrician and one that I would go back to for more work.

  Replace storage radiator with new electric radiator

  Joe and Kelly were very freindly and diligent when attempting a repair to the existing radiator and then carrying out the work required to install the replacement radiator. Their recommendation to install a Farho radiator was appreciated and has turned out to be spot on.
