They were great. Discovered problems quickly and fixed them. Prompt communication. Fixed several problems with an hour. Understanding and respectful with someone who was vulnerable after hospital visit. Thought the electrical problems would be hard to fix with an old house. Even offered a discount. No messing about, just got on with it. Also female electrician came along too. The quote was fair and reasonable. I love my hot water and lights.
