  old electric boiler had stopped working so had no heating and needed quick attention.

  Joseph responded promptly to my request and was able to visit next day. His communication was great which was reassuring. On the visit he turned up when he'd promised and found the solution quickly. He also gave lots of good advice for the future. would happily use his services again.
