  Booked Jenkinson's to demolish a wall to expand a room, plastering, install new flooring, and decorate. From the outset, communication was very good and everything ran to communicated schedule. Everyone involved was really polite, considerate, and helpful. Very happy with the work which was completed to a high standard. Big shout out to Ian, Lee, Russ, and Scott for all their great work.

  Brilliant service from start to finish! The team was professional, punctual, and highly skilled, delivering a flawless kitchen with great attention to detail.   Jenkinson, led by Richard and Martin, built our garage-replacement extension in S17 (2024) to a high standard, on time, and within budget expectations. Pricing was competitive, with clear communication on costs and variations. The team was professional, reliable, and responsive, keeping us informed throughout. They handled challenges well, including site constraints and weather issues. Workmanship was excellent, and subcontractors were courteous. Despite a slight delay in starting, the experience was overwhelmingly positive. Highly recommended—would use again without hesitation!

  We are delighted with the service from Richard & his team @Jenkinson Construction.We have used this company for a few different projects & are so pleased with the standard of work & with the friendly, polite staff who work hard to deliver the results you require & keeping you well up dated throughout the works.Ian always manages the projects well & Luke works hard to deliver a great finish.Always so pleased with the work provided & Richard is lovely to deal with, after a bad experience in the past with a different local builder , this team are our go to for any projects, reliable & trustworthy

  Various trades - plumbers, joiners, electricians and a plasterer - completed the work at my house. The whole experience was easy and stress free. I was informed of what was happening at every stage, work was completed in a timely way and to a high standard. I've already asked Jenkinsons to quote for other work.
