  Rebuilding garage as utility room.

  Leaking and ageing former garage required new roof, windows, doors floors, lights, wiring, benches, sinks and plumbing. Required several trades but Ian Allen and Luke organized, did most of the work and communicated with us . They completed the job to a much higher standard than expected for a utility room. Very patient and understanding of our needs. They sorted everything and everybody out.
