The work undertaken by Jenkinson Construction has been first rate. From Richard coming round to estimate the job to Ian and his team getting on with it - I cannot find fault. They worked tirelessly, cut no corners, explained every step they were taking and involved me in every decision. Minor adjustments were gladly absorbed. They were on the job virtually every day. This was the first sauna and shower room they had built and installed, but they went about it with consummate skill and expertise. The result is better than I had ever imagined. All to budget and above board. I can recommend 100%.

I hired Jenkinson Construction Group to do a complete house renovation. From the first conversation to the final changes they have gone over and above what I ever expected. The project manager, Ian. was my go to. And go to him i did, many times, with questions or additional requests, and he supported and advised and brought everything together seamlessly. Massive thanks to the rest of the team too. Lee managed to make old walls covered in coral anaglypta wallpaper look like the perfectly painted walls you’d see in a glossy magazine. Luke did an amazing job with the joinery. Outstanding.

Excellent work by Richard and his team - they carried out repairs, general maintenance and exterior painting to the front of our house. Scaffolding was needed but this was easily sorted and the extra repairs to our roof that became apparent swiftly dealt with. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to my friends.

Booked Jenkinson's to demolish a wall to expand a room, plastering, install new flooring, and decorate. From the outset, communication was very good and everything ran to communicated schedule. Everyone involved was really polite, considerate, and helpful. Very happy with the work which was completed to a high standard. Big shout out to Ian, Lee, Russ, and Scott for all their great work.

Jenkinson, led by Richard and Martin, built our garage-replacement extension in S17 (2024) to a high standard, on time, and within budget expectations. Pricing was competitive, with clear communication on costs and variations. The team was professional, reliable, and responsive, keeping us informed throughout. They handled challenges well, including site constraints and weather issues. Workmanship was excellent, and subcontractors were courteous. Despite a slight delay in starting, the experience was overwhelmingly positive. Highly recommended—would use again without hesitation!
