10 This Man saved our Christmas

Two days before Christmas Eve our oven packed up and we had family coming from Kent and Hampshire . I went to Checkatrade and John contacted me first, gave me a quote , which i accepted. He ordered the part and kept me informed as to when the part would be delivered and when he could fit it. He arrived on time to fit it ,but encountered a problem with it but went away, researched the problem, and then came back on Christmas Eve and repaired the oven.
