  Element broken

  I was unaware of the issue. But Jon investigated and changed the element there and then. He tested the oven and everything was fixed within an hour. Efficient, prompt, cheaper than others with hefty call out charges, and a pleasure to talk to. Gives warranties on his parts and labour which is great Have kept details for future.

  Gas Hob Repair

  Amazing customer service. John contacted me prior to the job to discuss the problems I was having with the Hob, he was punctual on the day of arrival, took care with taking the appliance apart and put a floor covering to ensure the floor wasn't damaged by removed parts. Would definitely recommend as friendly reliable service, excellent value and also superb diagnosing and completion of the job.

  Faulty oven

  The gas engineer came with the necessary parts already prepared and replaced them. Now the oven is fully functional.

  Gas Range Cooker Oven Repair

  One of the ovens in our Rangemaster would intermittently stop working.. This was an awkward fault as it could have been any of 4 or parts that were faulty. John was very helpful indeed. He did some initial diagnosis over the phone and then paid a short visit to inspect the oven. He further consulted with other gas engineers to confirm the fault diagnosis before ordering the parts from a distributor. All pricing was transparent. John came and fitted the parts on the agreed date and the cooker is now fully functional. I would definitely recommend John. His service is first class!
