Very friendly and great advice

John called me immediately to let me know the left oven worked off of the clock & to check that. He could have simply come round & charged a call out fee but was very honest & with his advice I got it working. Great integrity & honesty so would highly recommend.

Two days before Christmas Eve our oven packed up and we had family coming from Kent and Hampshire . I went to Checkatrade and John contacted me first, gave me a quote , which i accepted. He ordered the part and kept me informed as to when the part would be delivered and when he could fit it. He arrived on time to fit it ,but encountered a problem with it but went away, researched the problem, and then came back on Christmas Eve and repaired the oven. He even contacted me on Christmas Day to check that everything was ok. I thoroughly recommend him as he puts the customer service first.

John is absolutely exceptional. His work is immaculate. John is a very polite and friendly character, he will do the work needed and goes above and beyond what is required. I highly recommend him.
