  Oven not working

  John called me immediately to let me know the left oven worked off of the clock & to check that. He could have simply come round & charged a call out fee but was very honest & with his advice I got it working. Great integrity & honesty so would highly recommend.

  Replacing a tiled roof & dormer.

  I had an urgent repair to a dormer which was leaking water into a bedroom. Chris responded within a couple of minutes of putting the job up & was the first to come round to quote. He whatsapped pictures so I could see what needed doing. I knew the rest of the roof was in a poor state & Chris was very honest but recommended replacing. He gave a very good quote & started the job immediately. Very impressed with his attitude & dedication to the job. Would highly recommend.

  Very happy with the service from Rob. Visited as agreed to review & provide a quote which was very reasonable. Listened to what I had requested & agreed the best way to do the work. Quote was received quickly & perfectly for me could do the job in a short time frame on the ideal day for me. Turned up punctually to do the work. Would strongly recommend using Rob.
