10 Washing machine would not start its programme and fill with water.

The business proposed a time and advised its call out and diagnostic fee and would advise any additional costs for parts before undertaking the work. They arrived on time and quickly identified the problem as they were familiar with the problem, they also carried the spare parts. They advised costs for the completion of the part and additional labour which was acceptable and was for an additional 15 minutes, so no minimum hourly charges. John is very quick to respond to messages, he was extremely helpful! He came out two days later, and is very reasonably priced and genuine. Issue with the oven, and gave options to try and fix, started with one and as that hasn’t worked he is organising a new part and quoted roughly on the day to avoid heavy costs etc! Thank you John!
