Had a leaking washer/dryer. I was hopeful it could be fixed but after a brief inspection Jay informed me that it would be as cheap to buy a new one than replace the broken part. A bigger job than we had first thought! I really appreciated his honesty. He was very professional. Communication was good and did what he said he would.
