  John arrived on time, very knowledgeable, did a thorough check of the machine, found the problem quickly. Had to wait for a price for the part, kept me informed when he said he would. Once the price of the part was known it was more cost effective to replace rather than repair

  Jay was very helpful and offered to attend if he got a cancellation, he didn't get one so came on the arranged date and time. He done the job and checked everything was working. he was polite and respectful and did a great job

  Jay arrived within the time he stated. Got to work and found the fault. Fortunately for me he had the part needed and explained what it was and the price. Fixed it and left everything tidy. Would recommend Jay for any other repairs that may come up in future.
