John made my oven repair very simple. My heating element blew on Friday afternoon, it was a non-emergency and he was available to complete the repair Monday morning. He was friendly and very efficient. I had just made breakfast when he arrived and by the time I was finished eating he had finished the repair. He clearly explained what he was doing and what I needed to do following the replacement.
