John was great, really friendly, knowledgable and quickly fixed the job for us. Can’t rate highly enough.

The engineer arrived as per his time window. He was very friendly, and even had the washing machine spare part to hand before he identified the faulty part on site.. He was able to replace the part successfully, and the machine was back up working successfully after the sole visit. Very reasonable job fee too. Would definately use this company again. Mr N. In the midst of sleep deprivation with two little ones, I accidentally put my wedding rings in the washing machine. I was unsure if they would be found but Jay came out on the same day and was as reassuring as he could be on the phone. He arrived promptly and after dissembling the washing machine he retrieved both parts of my ring for which I am eternally grateful! The following week John came and fixed the smaller part of our gas cooker that was tripping the electrics. He found the fault and repaired it promptly. I would 100% recommend their services and their communication is excellent.

John was fantastic from initial communication to the finished job which was fixing my large (& old) stoves oven. Would absolutely recommend him without hesitation.
