My washing machine was failing to empty and regularly got stuck at the rinse stage. After posting a request on Tuesday afternoon, Jay got in touch and agreed to call the next day. He arrived on time and explained the pump was faulty, showing me exactly what the problem was. The cost of the replacement, including call out fee & labour was very reasonable and he was able to complete the repair immediately. He was very polite and professional throughout and I am happy to report my washing machine was fully operational within 24 hours of my post. Can definitely recommend Jay to do a great job.

John did a great job disconnecting our gas hob. He was really helpful, very polite, and clearly knew what he was doing. The work was done quickly and cleanly, with great communication throughout. Would definitely use him again — highly recommended.
