  UPDATE Major Leak in Conversatory when Heavy Rain

  Whilst my initial experience with Andy’s team was excellent, his after sales service is non existent!…. Within months of the job being completed, one of the plastic roof tiles has slipped down so cannot have been securely fastened in place and shortly afterwards, one of the main roof tiles has become unfixed and is now lodged in the gutter and despite several texts and calls, Andy is avoiding completing the repairs! Disappointing because I thought he was one of the good ones!

  Major Leak in conservatory when heavy rain

  I contacted AP roofing and from initial contact through to job completion, Andrew kept us fully informed on when work was being carried out, showed us the materials being used to ensure it was what he wanted and share pictures of the work has it was being completed. Andrew and his team were very polite and considerate to us and our neighbours, cleaned up throughout the work being carried out and completed the work to a high standard
