  Incompetent plumber bodged the repair to my toilet flush, breaking the toilet panel fixings, chipping the panel and feeding the flush control tubing over the lip of the cistern so that the cistern lid no longer fits. Plumber covered my towels with black stains instead of using his own cleaning materials. Refused to consider repair to an expensive Aqualisa shower and said he would only replace the whole thing. Quoted me for replacement of shower valid for 30 days but immediately started repeatedly messaging me that the quote was about to expire.

  External tap installation

  Friendly and hard working, cracked straight on with the job and kept me updated on everything. Showed me how to isolate the external tap and when to do this. Arrived a touch later than expected but can’t alwaysn be helped and was very efficient once arrived. Definitely would use again for any future plumbing needs.

  Main isolation valve replacement

  Old leaking isolation valve in an awkward position needed replacing quickly. J&S Plumbing and Heating were excellent to deal with from start to finish. Friendly and helpful lady when booking the job and lovely polite friendly young man came on time and did the job well and efficiently. Thank you.

  Nice scam

  Very poor experience.Was charged for a service that was not provided. I was served an invoice for cancelling an appointment because my boiler got fixed the day before the appointment.The request was made for a same day visit and they couldn't send anyone ,no availability.Agreed for someone to comethe next day for a quote on a new boiler.I had to look at other options.In a situation where the boiler stops working,no heat or hot water needs getting fixed ASAP.For canceling due to my boiler being fixed by someone else on the same day was served with a invoice.I will never recomand them to anyone.

  Hi Valentin, You were charged as you didn’t cancel, you asked us to attend and then we drove to you and were refused entry. This prevented us going to another customer and wasted our time and money and we pass this on to the customer. Please be honest with your reviews as fake reviews is not very nice. You never contacted us to cancel as you booked so many quotes that you got confused with who you had arriving/ not arriving.
