  Main isolation valve replacement

  Old leaking isolation valve in an awkward position needed replacing quickly. J&S Plumbing and Heating were excellent to deal with from start to finish. Friendly and helpful lady when booking the job and lovely polite friendly young man came on time and did the job well and efficiently. Thank you.

  Nice scam

  Very poor experience.Was charged for a service that was not provided. I was served an invoice for cancelling an appointment because my boiler got fixed the day before the appointment.The request was made for a same day visit and they couldn't send anyone ,no availability.Agreed for someone to comethe next day for a quote on a new boiler.I had to look at other options.In a situation where the boiler stops working,no heat or hot water needs getting fixed ASAP.For canceling due to my boiler being fixed by someone else on the same day was served with a invoice.I will never recomand them to anyone.

  Hi Valentin, You were charged as you didn’t cancel, you asked us to attend and then we drove to you and were refused entry. This prevented us going to another customer and wasted our time and money and we pass this on to the customer. Please be honest with your reviews as fake reviews is not very nice. You never contacted us to cancel as you booked so many quotes that you got confused with who you had arriving/ not arriving.

  New (Replacement) Boiler Install.

  The lines of communication are superb, the office staff are very friendly/polite and funny, the engineers are polite and honest and explained their work in easy to understand language. Quick to respond, no mess left on completion. very happy with the final result, definitely recommend J&S Plumbing.

  I have to say, a great big thanks to you guys, as is typical, our oil fired boiler broke down just as the weather has started to turn cold. You came out to look at the job, the next day, gave us a quote and scheduled the work for two weeks later, your engineers came out on time and worked really hard to get everything working within your timescale. They were a pleasure to have in the house, professional, polite, and good humoured too. We were really impressed with this company. Thank you, I would give you 5/5 stars anytime
