  I have to say, a great big thanks to you guys, as is typical, our oil fired boiler broke down just as the weather has started to turn cold. You came out to look at the job, the next day, gave us a quote and scheduled the work for two weeks later, your engineers came out on time and worked really hard to get everything working within your timescale. They were a pleasure to have in the house, professional, polite, and good humoured too. We were really impressed with this company. Thank you, I would give you 5/5 stars anytime

  Professional, competent and efficient

  I had a boiler service and 3-way valve replacement done last week. All very professional, competent and efficient. The quotation was sent quickly in response to my original query, and some questions I had were fully and quickly answered. The work was scheduled quickly, despite it being into the heating season, and James arrived on time. He was polite, efficient and tidied up after the work. There was a slight unforeseen problem which James and Jason soon sorted out. All working fine now. I would recommend JAS to anyone.

  Identifying leaks and undertaking remedial works

  Called out to search for a leak and carry out remedial works under my kitchen sink. Turned out to be more than one leak. The leaks were identified and I was shown the problems before work was undertaken. The work was carried out swiftly and to a high standard. I will be using J&S Plumbing and Heating for all future plumbing work.
