  Came and did the boiler service, no fuss, cleared a minor blockage. Would recommend.

  Fixed the issue, and another one while there. There was a communications issue where they came 2 days early (one of the tradesmen had a funeral and wasn't available on the booked date) and due to a mix-up the office hadn't notified us properly (for which they apologised profusely), but apart from that the service was efficient and friendly, they got the job done with little hassle once there and were respectful of our privacy. Would recommend.

  Sergei was excellent, very professional and straightforward. There was a small unforeseen complication and he took care of it with no extra charge. 10/10, would recommend.
