Very poor experience.Was charged for a service that was not provided. I was served an invoice for cancelling an appointment because my boiler got fixed the day before the appointment.The request was made for a same day visit and they couldn't send anyone ,no availability.Agreed for someone to comethe next day for a quote on a new boiler.I had to look at other options.In a situation where the boiler stops working,no heat or hot water needs getting fixed ASAP.For canceling due to my boiler being fixed by someone else on the same day was served with a invoice.I will never recomand them to anyone.

Hi Valentin,
You were charged as you didn’t cancel, you asked us to attend and then we drove to you and were refused entry.
This prevented us going to another customer and wasted our time and money and we pass this on to the customer.
Please be honest with your reviews as fake reviews is not very nice. You never contacted us to cancel as you booked so many quotes that you got confused with who you had arriving/ not arriving.
