Professional, polite and friendly from the outset - including the lady who contacted me reference the proposed job. The engineer was on time, diagnosed the problem immediately, explained all costs involved (reasonably priced) and then fixed the problem within the hour. First time I have used J&S but I would not hesitate to use them again

After contacting one company who said I needed all the pipes behind my machine replacing, and that he'd get back to me with a quote (which they never did), I had J&S plumbing contact me. They were very polite and kept me informed every step of the way including an update of who my plumber was and when he was en route. I even had the option to send them some pictures of the pipes that needed sorting which made things so much easier as the plumber knew exactly what needed doing before he even arrived. The job took less than an hour and was much more reasonable than we thought it would be.

our communication with Jo fron the first call was amazing. clear and accommodating and fitting us in with a 100% confirmation. Christian who then came round found the fault immediately and he and his team got replacement parts and fixed it within an hour.
