Jeff made contact by mobile very promptly. He made an appointment for the very next day. He arrived early and completed the 3 jobs I had asked of him very professionally. He established why a shower was leaking, fitted a new outdoor tap and fixed some indoor taps. He is clearly very experienced and has a very amicable manner. Jeff was our emergency plumber brought in at short notice after a workman accidentally drilled through a central heating pipe. Despite it being a stressful situation, Jeff was calm and kind as he efficiently remedied the situation on a late Friday evening. Two jobs were required: 1 - poor flow of water from cold water tap in basin : examined in detail and agreed that as the mixer unit was about 20 years old it best be replaced including flexi mesh connectors. All done to perfection. 2 - Toilet waste pipe repair carried out by a previous contractor when replacing the toilet with modern unit resulted in need for a "box" to cover the waste pipe and required a support bracket to be fitted behind the cistern.
