Jeff completed a full bathroom refurbishment for us which we are extremely pleased with. The job was more complex than expected, including levelling joists, improving extractor fan ventilation and installing a fully tiled shower with a built‑in seat and shelf. We also changed the taps during the project, requiring additional pipework. Communication was excellent throughout, with all extra time and costs agreed in advance. Jeff works very hard, has great attention to detail, and is completely reliable. Highly recommended.

Jeff made contact by mobile very promptly. He made an appointment for the very next day. He arrived early and completed the 3 jobs I had asked of him very professionally. He established why a shower was leaking, fitted a new outdoor tap and fixed some indoor taps. He is clearly very experienced and has a very amicable manner. I would certainly will be using his expertise again!

Jeff was our emergency plumber brought in at short notice after a workman accidentally drilled through a central heating pipe. Despite it being a stressful situation, Jeff was calm and kind as he efficiently remedied the situation on a late Friday evening. We are very thankful that he was our plumber and would definitely recommend him as a friendly and reliable workman.

Two jobs were required: 1 - poor flow of water from cold water tap in basin : examined in detail and agreed that as the mixer unit was about 20 years old it best be replaced including flexi mesh connectors. All done to perfection. 2 - Toilet waste pipe repair carried out by a previous contractor when replacing the toilet with modern unit resulted in need for a "box" to cover the waste pipe and required a support bracket to be fitted behind the cistern. The job was intense and skillfully done. End result - brilliant.
