  Thoughtful, courteous and responsive team. Kept the working space tidy throughout (though final sweep left quite a few nails on the drive and path), worked hard yet carefully, and the final result looks great. Not the cheapest, but one gets what one pays for and I reckon the value has been good.

  Very helpful with advice, suggesting improvements to our ideas, ordering, and arranging dates. Demolition work carried out cleanly, with care taken to meet our concerns and needs. Neat installation of external flue. First-class plastering for fire surround and laying of hearth. Burner installed... ...and something went wrong two days later! Immediate response to our call for help and minor issue with the stove manufacture put right. Overall, we are very pleased and have appreciated the professionalism, good nature and integrity of Sam and his team.
