From first enquiry regarding the work required, visit to measure, receive quote and excellent installation. Hoagy replaced half of our roof's felt in June with the aim of resolving a leak at the front of a tenanted property. Our tenants reported a leak at the end of October. Hoagy came out and acknowledged that the new roof felt had failed, despite using a market leading brand (Roofshield). He took responsibility and committed to redo the work at no extra cost. He subsequently installed a higher quality felt (Permavent) . The cost of the new materials, labour and scaffolding was covered by Hoagy.
