  I originally called Hoagy to do a patch repair, but after he started the job, he discovered the whole roof needed replacing. He continued straight away from the original job, worked through terrible weather to get it done. Unfortunately the workmen he brought for the main work dropped litter on our garden. They didn't have proper kit to walk on the conservatory roof despite me bringing it up on two separate days. I did have to prompt Hoagy a few times for updates - twice he left us for the day without saying anything. That said, overall very satisfied with the end result and the value.
