From first enquiry regarding the work required, visit to measure, receive quote and excellent installation. The tradesman was very helpful, friendly and left the whole area very clean and tidy after completion. Extremely satisfied with the finished result.

Hoagy replaced half of our roof's felt in June with the aim of resolving a leak at the front of a tenanted property. Our tenants reported a leak at the end of October. Hoagy came out and acknowledged that the new roof felt had failed, despite using a market leading brand (Roofshield). He took responsibility and committed to redo the work at no extra cost. He subsequently installed a higher quality felt (Permavent) . The cost of the new materials, labour and scaffolding was covered by Hoagy. I hope this will resolve the issue and I'm grateful to Hoagy for backing up his guarantee.
