Damp plasterboard caused a wall hung toilet to crack surrounding tiles but after an assessment visit the work discovered a different explanation. First plumber competent but work hurried so tiling and grout work was poor, new parts needed a second visit when manipulation of the cistern downpipe caused a persistent leak. Two further visits required to remove tiles to replace the cistern, when an additional tile was cracked - tile work again poor - all by an apprentice. 5 visits in 10 weeks leaving a cracked tile and poor replacement cistern. Toilet out of use during some of this time.

In the end it didn’t require a stop cock so the chap carried out only the work that was actually necessary which was super.

Second time using Handy Experts and both times the booking in process has been easy and the work has been done to a high standard with no complaints. Highly recommend

Came the next day to fit 13 amp socket. Arrived on time having called ahead. Quick and efficient. Polite and friendly.
