  Leaking Radiator Valve

  Responded quickly at weekend to fix leaking radiator valve. Removed radiator and plugged leaking valve. Returned and fitted two new valves and re-fitted radiator.

  Fit booster pump and two new radiators

  We had a new boiler installed in January 2022. In the mornings during the winter some of the upstairs radiators were cold. We were faced with the prospect of having to install a larger boiler. Quotes were obtained including one from Westflow. Barnaby suggested an alternative would be to fit a booster pump in the CH system. This work was carried out quickly and efficiently by Westflow and the system now works as it should. Two corroded radiators were also replaced. It was refreshing to find somebody who was prepared to look for the most cost effective solution and not the most expensive.

  Survey drains, clear roots and jet wash

  Rob is clearly very knowledgeable about the various drain systems. Work was carried out efficiently and included a CCTV survey. The price paid was the price quoted over the phone. Very competitively priced. It was a pleasure doing business with them.
