Quick response, quick repairs, good price.

Noe from Gold repairs came and diagnosed the issue that doors need new wheels as the old ones were worn. The quote was reasonable and we decided to go ahead. Noe returned back the next day and the door was fixed. Very professional and great communication, new exactly what needed to be done. Highly recommended.

They quoted me 350 to fix 3 problems on my door: 1. Hard to slide 2. Door was shaking 3. Lock was not working properly They fixed only the second one and it started shaking again in 2 days. Then i contacted them again and they said they need to charge more for another visit, i said i am not paying any additional money. They asked for the parts which i got. Then they installed the parts but door is exactly the same as it was in the beginning.

My tilt and turn window handle was broken and unable to open the window . Mo was very polite and efficient and got the window open quickly . He reaffixed the handle and sorted the mechanism out in the window, I have the same window in my bedroom which he looked at too. very highly recommend , very knowledgeable and professional
