10 Cellar Window Replacement

Really pleased with the cellar window replacement. The old window was damaged and letting in cold drafts, and we’ve already noticed a big improvement now it’s been replaced. The new window looks great and the space feels much warmer and more secure. The work was completed neatly and everything was left tidy afterwards. Ian and the team went above and beyond for us. Even called me at work to make sure I was happy with things to continue when they hit a minor snag! Quite a small job, just a kitchen window pane replacement. I had a quick follow-up to my query on CheckaTrade, and Ian came round promptly to measure up and give a price. Very fair, and no questions or upsell at all, just looking at the job in hand. They ordered the materials and arranged the fitting as quickly as possible, carried out quickly by Nick who was very polite and made sure everything was secure and cleared up. From initial conversations through build and completion everyone was fab! Honestly it’s nothing short of a breath of fresh air dealing with golden oak. Having previously had renovations we were almost “expecting” delays and/or bumps in the road. But, there were none! Every person involved in each stage of the build was punctual, professional, respectful of our home and time. As for the finished product well we couldn’t be more thrilled!
