From start to finish Golden Oak were amazing to work with. Ian was extremely efficient when coming out to measure up and with sending the quotation. Very good price. The guys who installed the windows and doors were very polite and kept all the work areas very tidy. Would highly recommend .

Really pleased with the cellar window replacement. The old window was damaged and letting in cold drafts, and we’ve already noticed a big improvement now it’s been replaced. The new window looks great and the space feels much warmer and more secure. The work was completed neatly and everything was left tidy afterwards. Very happy with the result.

Ian and the team went above and beyond for us. Even called me at work to make sure I was happy with things to continue when they hit a minor snag! Stuck to original date planned even though their vehicle had been stolen the night before. We are booking them again for the rest of the house!

Quite a small job, just a kitchen window pane replacement. I had a quick follow-up to my query on CheckaTrade, and Ian came round promptly to measure up and give a price. Very fair, and no questions or upsell at all, just looking at the job in hand. They ordered the materials and arranged the fitting as quickly as possible, carried out quickly by Nick who was very polite and made sure everything was secure and cleared up. Can't fault the service at all, would definitely recommend.
