Ian and the team went above and beyond for us. Even called me at work to make sure I was happy with things to continue when they hit a minor snag! Stuck to original date planned even though their vehicle had been stolen the night before. We are booking them again for the rest of the house!

Quite a small job, just a kitchen window pane replacement. I had a quick follow-up to my query on CheckaTrade, and Ian came round promptly to measure up and give a price. Very fair, and no questions or upsell at all, just looking at the job in hand. They ordered the materials and arranged the fitting as quickly as possible, carried out quickly by Nick who was very polite and made sure everything was secure and cleared up. Can't fault the service at all, would definitely recommend.

From initial conversations through build and completion everyone was fab! Honestly it’s nothing short of a breath of fresh air dealing with golden oak. Having previously had renovations we were almost “expecting” delays and/or bumps in the road. But, there were none! Every person involved in each stage of the build was punctual, professional, respectful of our home and time. As for the finished product well we couldn’t be more thrilled! It’s even better than we imagined. There is literally no other company we would use for anything Golden Oak can do!
