  Great service on time and within budget

  I wanted to replace the bathtub with a shower cubicle in my downstairs bathroom. Martyn came round to give me an estimate and some advice on what I could do in the situation and what would work well. The estimate was good so I booked the job for a few weeks later. Martyn and Mark turned up on time as agreed, cleared the old bath away and fitted the new shower stall with minimal disruption to me, and everything was completed in time and within the agreed price. They disposed of the old bath and fittings and left everything tidy. I can definitely recommend them and would use them again.

  New socket install, quick and very tidy job done

  I needed a new socket to be installed in an awkward corner. Chris was quick to respond and after looking at some pictures came back with a good price. He showed up as agreed and carried out the work quickly and cleanly, and actually better than I expected given the location of the socket. It is exactly what I required and would not hesitate to call him again if I need any more electrical work to be done.

  Excellent, honest and friendly service

  Richard was in contact quickly and came out to initially look at my *very* old alarm system to service it. He would have been happy to just do that but we ended up having a discussion about the state of the old one and what would be needed to do the job properly, and he recommended a replacement kit that would suit my needs, without including anything unnecessary. He fitted it quickly and removed the old one with no mess, and gave a complete demo of the new unit making sure I was happy before finishing. I can highly recommend RJ Alarms.

  Quick and excellent work

  Quite a small job, just a kitchen window pane replacement. I had a quick follow-up to my query on CheckaTrade, and Ian came round promptly to measure up and give a price. Very fair, and no questions or upsell at all, just looking at the job in hand. They ordered the materials and arranged the fitting as quickly as possible, carried out quickly by Nick who was very polite and made sure everything was secure and cleared up. Can't fault the service at all, would definitely recommend.

  Himley fencing were in touch within minutes of my posting on CheckaTrade, arranging to come and assess the work and offering a quick and fair price. The work was carried out very quickly and exactly as I wanted - I have booked them for some more work to help landscape my garden. Highly recommended.

  I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted as the garden was just a mess and needed some advice in bringing to it order. They came round the same day, took a look and measured up and made some suggestions to give the area some shape. They gave me a price which they stuck to, and used very good quality materials. All of the work was carried out quickly and to very high quality, the workmen were all very polite and cleaned everything up completely. Very happy with the work and the service - even something quite simple when done properly can make a huge difference. Recommended.

  Replacing the shower and finding / fixing a weird issue with the kitchen taps

  Neil was really friendly and open about the work he was going to do. It was done quickly and everything was cleaned up afterwards. He managed to fix a problem I'd had for a long time with kitchen taps that 2 other plumbers had missed so I'm very grateful for that - will definitely use again if I have any work for him.
