  While the quoted price was reasonable and timescale to book was quick, they overcharged by charging for an entire second hour despite doing 1h and 3m of work and not informing us of the policy to round up. This did colour our view that the workman was purposely extending actions to fall into a second hour. The practice of charging by rounding up instead of time worked should have been specified beforehand and makes the interaction seem more shady.
