    Engineer report for a broken cooker

    I had needed an Engineer report for a faulty cooker. These guys answered the phone within a few rings where other companies went to v/m. They were prompt, professional and carried out the work quickly. Great service, would definitely use again and recommend.

    Gas fireplace service and repair

    Fastfix London Ltd sent Aidan to my house to do a service on my gas fire and to repair the lever as I was unable to ignite it. He ordered the lever and came back and fitted it. Honestly, since my fire has been serviced it's never worked so well. The amount of heat it releases has just doubled. All of my dealings with them were courteous. They were prompt and kept me informed as to when a replacement lever would be delivered as they had to order it.

    Bathroom/Kitchen Repairs

    Great communication from the guvnor and his colleague. Work was carried out to a high standard and the place was left clean and tidy. The tradesman was able to deliver a variety of tasks quickly and efficiently - repanelling of bath area, plaster work, painting, replacement of mixer tap. Also able to do emergency call outs with a deposit of £100. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the N/E London and Herts area. Well done lads :)

    Install new gas stove

    Danny was more than accommodating with a new appointment time and the new gas hob installation looked great however our boiler immediately switched off following the installation. When I contacted for help Danny said “ I did not touch the boiler try and reset it”. I then had no hot water for 2 days and had to pay a gas engineer £150 for an emergency call out to investigate. They informed me that whoever installed the gas stove forgot to purge the air out of the gas pipe which caused the boiler to safety switch off. If that had not happened I would have rated high which is a shame

    Fitted a new boiler

    They sold me a new boiler after attending (quickly) a no-hot-water-nor-heating call out. (My regular plumber gave me very short shrift and would/could not attend). It seems I fixed the fault myself by "turning it off and on again". But clearly old boiler had many fails, thus, "You need a new one guv". So that's what they did - expertly.
