  No recent contact from this trade to rectify faulty work

  Fault identified with work carried out in February 2025. Immediate response to assess and confirmed the work would be rectified under warranty. The work has been rescheduled twice, informed there were some technical issues, and now no contact for 11 days. Bathroom has been unusable for over 3 weeks.

  Very pleased with reliability and quality of work by Mark. He was clearly very knowledgeable and explained exactly what he was doing, taking a great deal of pride in his work. Would use again.
