    Firstly, The job: Leak detection/ external water ingress.... they are a great company to deal with. Very good communications. Responded quickly. Mark, the plumber/engineer is very decent guy, helpful and obviously knows his stuff. Identified the problems using a pipe camera and knowledge. Also fixed a couple of straightforward issus there and then. He also produced an excellent report and the price was good for this. Thank you.

    Mark did an excellent job, identifying the root cause of the problem and suggesting solutions. He was reliable, cleaned and tidied up when he finished & we now have a much more reliable and safer solution than previously. I’d thoroughly recommend him

    Replace garbage disposle

    Mark was great, turned up on time. Some extra work needed to fit the replacement due to it being larger but he got on with it. Cleaned up when done and super happy with result.

    leak detection and repair

    Mark and the booking service were excellent at arranging and keeping me up to date on the appointment and work to be done. He was very thorough and worked to find leaks and then do the most cost effective fix. He found and fixed two bathroom leaks, one of which we didn't even know was there! Good quality workmanship and excellent attention to detail. I was given video and pictures of everything too.
