    Emergency plumber? Mark is the person you need!

    I had a washing machine delivered by AO.com today. When they disconnected my old appliance, they snapped the isolation valve and had to turn off the water in the house. I am disabled, so water is essential. It's a Sunday followed by bank holiday Monday with glorious weather...chances are slim to none! I called numerous plumbers but to no avail until MARK at Engineer Booking. I explained the situation to Mark and he came out to me within the hour. Mark is a friendly, caring and efficient person. He solved the issue and plumbed in my machine and I had water! Absolutely smashing job and person

    Engineer Booking to the rescue

    We had a leak coming through the coving. After reviewing checkatrade list of plumber we found Engineer Booking who did track and access service, delightful and easy to deal with and arrange the booking, also they requested the engineer call me to introduce himself, had update of engineer on route with ETA, then half way and when he arrived, when he arrived, he was carrying a hover which you don’t see a lot and floor and wall protection, identified the leak quickly, kept me fully informed and showed his finding, fix and then repaired back the damaged area, and fully cleaned to our standards.

    I had a leak coming through my ceiling and Mark identified it as being a leaking boiler.

    Mark and Adam attended next day after booking as confirmed. I had arrival updates. Work was completed quickly and professionally.

    We’re glad the engineer was able to promptly identify the boiler issue. While the repair couldn’t be carried out at the time by us, as we are not Gas Safe register, though we're pleased the shower tray seal was replaced stopping further leak.

    Remove integrated dishwasher and replace with a freestanding one.

    Mark was excellent, friendly and reliable.Highly recommend and will be using again for some bespoke carpentry work. Excellent communication too from the office, quick to respond to messages and kept us informed of arrival times .

    Shower leak

    Found the leak quickly and made the necessary repairs. Explained everything as the work was being carried out. Slightly pricey but unless you know someone, probably wont find any cheaper and to as high a standard.

    Leak fix including track and trace

    Mark and Engineer Booking were very proactive and thorough. We received clear communication from the control centre and Mark was always happy to discuss the work being done and our options. We had to invoke the warranty for some secondary repairs and were extremely impressed with the service we then received. Would highly recommend this company.
