    Drainage issue in kitchen

    Mark provided detailed options during our initial consultation, and despite circumstances out of his control delaying the work slightly, he went out of his way to put things right. He was friendly and professional whilst working, and answered any questions I had. After the work was complete, he provided advice for how to avoid the issue in future, and provided assurance that I could contact him if there were any further issues.

    No recent contact from this trade to rectify faulty work

    Fault identified with work carried out in February 2025. Immediate response to assess and confirmed the work would be rectified under warranty. The work has been rescheduled twice, informed there were some technical issues, and now no contact for 11 days. Bathroom has been unusable for over 3 weeks.

    Mark was amazing! He arrived right on time, was polite, professional, and quickly diagnosed our dishwasher issue. He explained everything clearly, fixed it on the spot, and even discovered a hidden sink leak that could’ve caused major damage. He double-checked his work, cleaned up, and even reattached our cupboards. Truly reliable, knowledgeable, and kind—highly recommend! Thank you Mark!

    Bathroom and roof leak

    Mark was exceptional, before he arrived i was provided a detailed phone call regarding the process of what he will accomplish. Arriving on time, he detected the problem instantly and did a fantastic job efficiently. He communicated effectively with detail as to what he was doing and his step by step plan. Very friendly, reliable, would definitely recommend

    Expert care, customer service and technical knowledge

    Engineer Booking sent us Mark to install a handheld bidet in the bathroom. Mark was so lovely, left his shoes outside without being asked. Came in, explained the job and how he was going to do it - very neurodivergent friendly 10/10. I explained that I was worried about any damage to the property as I am a renter, he installed it in a way that facilitates easy removal and allows us to give back the property in tip top condition. Mark is an amazing engineer, great technical skills and excellent customer service. There was a very minor leak but he resolved it quickly, efficiently and cleaned up.
