EDTS carried out an informative pre-purchase survey. The phone was always answered promptly and queries dealt with appropriately straight away. Following purchase, Dean and Louis came and carried out the work, keeping me informed, working efficiently and as cleanly as possible. The new plaster is excellent and joins the pre-existing plaster smoothly.

Thank you to Ray Punter for being so down to earth, honest and kind about our recent concerns about damp in our house. I wholeheartedly appreciate it, we haven't even had his recommendations through on email but his visit was fantastic. Can highly recommend using Ray & EDTS in the future and I will recommend them to anyone who asks me about this stuff.

Steve Smith at EDTS did a damp survey at a house I am purchasing and made a number of great observations that will allow me to address issues with high moisture levels, but most importantly did no quote for unnecessary work on the damp proof course! I also spoke with Shiela via email and she was courteous and prompt with her feedback.
