  Smelly drain investigation

  From start to finish, Brent was a fantastic communicator. We had a brief chat initially and then he called a couple of days later as arranged. He attended very quickly despite it not being an emergency, and was very friendly and easy to chat to. He investigated our drainage issue and uncovered a potential issue with the soakaway which we were unaware of and can now investigate properly. Wouldn't hesitate to use Brent again and would recommend to everyone.

  Cleared our drainage problem

  I can’t recommend this company enough! After dealing with other drainage companies who couldn’t find the problem and tried to push unnecessary (and expensive) treatments, I was honestly losing hope. Then Brent came out to help. He quickly located the blockage, explained everything clearly, and had it fixed within 30 minutes. Not only did he solve the issue efficiently, but he also gave me really helpful advice to prevent it happening again. The difference was night and day compared to the others I’d used before.   Drain blockage

  Brent responded to our email enquiry very quickly and managed to fit us in next day. He was very friendly and professional and dealt with the problem straight away, explaining and showing us the processes as he went. The drains were very badly blocked, but he successfully cleared them and bagged the drain debris after. Would definitely recommend Brent’s services to others.

  Back garden drain block/overflow

  Brent arrived punctually to help. He tried to locate a manhole but found that we didn’t have one in our garden. He then used a rod to clear the blockage, and after a few attempts, the drainage improved significantly. Although he could have called the job done at that point, he went above and beyond by checking with our neighbour to locate their manhole. Since his machine couldn’t reach it, he manually used the rod to clear the blockage from there. In the end, the water flowing freely in the neighbour’s manhole—Brent truly went the extra mile. Fantastic job, and I highly recommend him!

  Clear Blocked Drain from Ensuite Toilet

  Brent was a referal from a locl plumber as it was not clear exactly where the blockage was.. I Phoned Brent and discussed the issue I had. Noting that removing the manhole cover might be an issue, Brent said he would be with me between 11 and 1.00pm. Gaining access to the drain was indeed an issue and although Brent was onsite for nearlt 3 hours he did not charge more than he had quoted over the phone. I cannot rate him higly enough. Professional, friendly and very very reasonably priced. Finding a good tradesmen these days is very rare. Brent is that rare breed a very very good Tradesmen.
