    Had a outdoor blocked drain and they came same day to unblock it. Very professional and reliable. Would definitely use their services again when needed.

    Drain clearance

    Brent turned up within 2 hours of calling when another contractor let me down. Very professional and solved the problem very quickly and efficiently. Left the site clean and did the job for the price quoted. Excellent job. Would definitely recommend.

    Highly recommended drainage and toilet blockage expert

    Brent came to investigate some pretty challenging and inaccessible drainage issues with our downstairs toilet and the exterior piping leading from it. Despite our property being outside of the area where he normally operates, Brent visited at short-notice and quickly was able to pinpoint the further works that needed to rely upon highly specialised equipment to be brought in by a niche provider to further investigate our issue. Acting with honesty and integrity, he pointed me to such a specialised provider who might be able to help. I wouldn't hesitate to call upon Brent again.

    Smelly drain investigation

    From start to finish, Brent was a fantastic communicator. We had a brief chat initially and then he called a couple of days later as arranged. He attended very quickly despite it not being an emergency, and was very friendly and easy to chat to. He investigated our drainage issue and uncovered a potential issue with the soakaway which we were unaware of and can now investigate properly. Wouldn't hesitate to use Brent again and would recommend to everyone.

    Cleared our drainage problem

    I can’t recommend this company enough! After dealing with other drainage companies who couldn’t find the problem and tried to push unnecessary (and expensive) treatments, I was honestly losing hope. Then Brent came out to help. He quickly located the blockage, explained everything clearly, and had it fixed within 30 minutes. Not only did he solve the issue efficiently, but he also gave me really helpful advice to prevent it happening again. The difference was night and day compared to the others I’d used before.
