  Smelly drain investigation

  From start to finish, Brent was a fantastic communicator. We had a brief chat initially and then he called a couple of days later as arranged. He attended very quickly despite it not being an emergency, and was very friendly and easy to chat to. He investigated our drainage issue and uncovered a potential issue with the soakaway which we were unaware of and can now investigate properly. Wouldn't hesitate to use Brent again and would recommend to everyone.

  Communication was fantastic from start to finish. Our washing machine broke yesterday - Petko responded to my query super quickly and came out today. He was punctual, polite, and helpful, diagnosing the issue, explaining it clearly, and advising on next steps. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.
