There will be no charges to assess the blockage and providing you with a quotation however, please be informed there will be an out of hours charge should you require service's after 18:30pm.

A: The engineer on site will inform the operator of all works to be conducted and you will receive a call from one of our operators (Rafie, Natalie, Daniella or Ethan) will call you to provide you with a clear quotation. We pride ourselves in transparency and will never commence work unless we have the homeowner's approval.
Q: How well do your engineers understand the drainage system?
A: The engineer that will be allocated to your property will have ample experience. There are certain scenarios where we may need to send a dual engineer however our operator would advise accordingly prior to booking this in for you.

A: Drainage Blast will provide you with a competitive and affordable rate for all works that need to be completed.
