I was very happy with the job done and the customer service given. There was good communication with the admin team and I was more or less able to choose my time. The engineer arrived on time and fixed my problem effectively and efficiently. His name was Mansour and he knew what he was doing. He was also a very pleasant and helpful person to deal with.

The pipe under my kitchen sink was leaking badly. I called Check-a-Trade and got an instant response from Drainage Blast. I arranged a visit two days later, which was the earliest option for me being at home. Although the visit by the plumber was somewhat later than originally arranged due to unavoidable delays, the company kept in touch with me. The plumber who then arrived was knowledgeable and really efficient. He identified the problem and carried out the necessary work within about 40 minutes. A reasonable price was agreed for the work and I am so glad to have the problem sorted out.

Fixed the pipe for £250. Looks like a good fix.
