  Hard Working - Diagnosed issue and resolved quickly in one day

  Came in, reviewed issues (confirming level of work needed depending on if issue could be reached manually or needed mechanical assistance). Confirmed pricing before work begun and agreed to carry out work on the day. Confirmed with us after unblocking that there was marked improvement with drainage before leaving. Dealt with both a blocked sink and blocked shower drain/pipes in one sitting. A necessary evil to resolve an ongoing issue we had with the drains in our house for the past 5 years. A weight lifted off our shoulders. Also confirmed a 3 month guarantee.
