    Updates to Bathroom and WC room

    Martin and Mark carried out the work exactly as we wanted, and we're able to overcome any obstacles that arose. They fitted our bath with new mixer tap and new sturdy bath panel. Then fitted the basin with new taps and clicker waste. Then for our WC room they fitted a new sink with mixer tap to replace old sink and separate taps, and they tiled that wall. They did a great job and I would recommend and hire them again.

    Quoted to remove the bathroom suite and replace floor. They didn’t remove the suite, they cut round everything so some of the sub floor wasn’t replaced. and left some rotton timber battens in. They removed the toilet and cut the insolation valve out and replaced with a flexi with no isolation valve on. Left all the rubbish behind. Overall very disappointed with the job for what we paid! I wouldn’t recommend if you want a top job done, it felt rushed and very slap dash!

    Hi laura apologies for the late reply as per quote issue 1 happy to remove the bath and fit new flooring under bath but as bath is falling apart we cant be responsible if any further damage occurs we will be happy to fit a new bath but there would be a charge for labour ..issue 2 on the quote it doesn't state to remove rubbish as we get charged £180 a ton to dispose of it which we would of had to pass charge on to you unfortunately ....issue 3 the bath panel was to short that you had brought and the flooring wasn't down so we couldn't do it so i asked kain the carpenter to do it and he said ye

    This company did my bathroom alterations expertly they solved any problems quickly and where the cleanest builders they kept me informed of all problems and as i said solved them, the workmanship was second to none
