  Strong fencing for back garden

  We're very pleased with our new fencing. Our old fencing had completely blown down in strong winds. We enquired here on Checkatrade. Lee replied back, and kept good communication. He visited to do a site survey, was polite, easy to talk to and knowledgeable. The team came out and fitted our fencing in no time! Our garden isn't completely flat but the team still managed to securely fit the fencing especially on the part where the garden slopes up. They took away all our old fence panels, and tidied up afterwards. Fence looks so good 🤩🤩 and has held in recent winds so far 🥳

  Paving of front yard

  Our front yard had a large area of paving slabs missing so we hired LJH construction to provide new ones and fit them for us. The finished workmanship is very good, and we're really happy - the yard looks much neater. The communication was brilliant too. Dean was quick to respond to any queries, provided a detailed quote and kept in contact. Would recommend and hire again.

  Install integrated dishwasher, and remove an old integrated fridge.

  Adrian visited our property to provide a quote, and proved to be very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He installed a fully integrated dishwasher, and removed an old integrated fridge (that was left by the previous homeowners) which he then converted into a cupboard space. Adrian completed the work for us exactly how we wanted, so we are very pleased. He also went above and beyond by fitting clips to our cupboard plinths that were missing from the original installation. I would highly recommend S B Design and Developments Ltd.

  Replace silicone seal

  Great initial communication to assess the situation and quickly provide a quote based on my job description. Tom kept me updated prior to arriving. The job was carried out and completed professionally to remove the old seals, clean and prepare the shower and reseal with sanitary antibacterial silicone. We're very happy with the work. Would recommend and hire again. Tom is a skilled, professional and respectful person.
