I recently had a problem with my cctv set-up. Ben arrived on time and took an Indepth look at the system, ordered new better-quality cameras and hard drive. He spent a long-time fault finding and persevered with my set up until he managed to sort all the issues out! He spent longer than anticipated and didn't charge extra as he acknowledged it was something both of us couldn't have foreseen! Will definitely call on Ben again if I need help with the CCTV!
