Ben was the first (and only) person to respond to my quote request. From the beginning I was really impressed with his quick and helpful response. Work was carried out well, within a short timeframe and at a reasonable price. Will gladly use again for future work.

Ben turned up on time, took his shoes off at the door, listened to my explanation of the problem(s) with my CCTV, plugged in his laptop and within a couple of hours all was sorted out. Summary: Courteous and helpful.

Ben arrived on time and took an Indepth look at the system, ordered new better-quality cameras and hard drive. He spent a long-time fault finding and persevered with my set up until he managed to sort all the issues out!
