10 Lintel Failure Assessment and repointing

Cracking was noted to the mortar joints between the bricks above a window and needed to determine if the steel lintel above this window had failed. Shaun come to check on the bank holiday and after determine that there was no failure we booked to do the repointing to the area needed. He came back a few days later and finished the job. Job location: TS26dealt with any problems that cropped up - ie a second source of damp was discovered, which was swiftly dealt with. We have used Shaun several times now and cannot fault his work or the time scale to get the job done.
