The initial job was a garage conversion. This required removal of garage door, building a new front of house wall with matching bricks, with windows matching what we have currently. New drainage at front of house. The room itself required boarding, plastering, a new door cut into the existing living room with appropriate supports. A new ceiling, boarded and fully plastered. Plumbing of a radiator and electrical work (these were subcontracted out by builder and completed at a very high standard). All finished on time, at a very high standard at a good price.
