  Remove and cap off one radiator, install another

  Experience started well, confirming the right materials, but worsened. Messages were left unread without confirming times. The agreed time passed, so I texted, and it was still that day but unsure when. They arrived 2.5 hours late and left again to buy materials. They did the requested works but left marks on the radiator and scratches/dents in the wall. They also didn’t tighten everything correctly, causing our heating and hot water to go off.
