  Great experience with Ben. He’s reliable and, most importantly, has a skill that unfortunately, many tradespeople in the building industry seem to lack: clear communication. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, which made a big difference. I’m no chimney expert, but Ben arrived fully equipped and successfully removed mortar that four other chimney sweepers had previously refused to tackle. Excellent work all round.

  Chimney swept. Line fitted. Stove reinstalled.

  Ben was great from start to finish. Adapting and changing track as the job requirement changed and developed. Great communication throughout. Job was done to a high standard with a great explanation of what had been done, and how to handle the stove moving forward, to finish off with.

  Ben was on time, very friendly and took care in doing a professional job. He closed up the wood stove opening before starting, to ensure no soot would mess. He also took the time to give some tips when lighting a fire and which firefighters to use that are very effective on damp days. He also left a brochure on care for the stove and other fire-making tips. On top of all this it was at a good price . I highly recommend Ben as a chimney sweep.

  Professional, Personable Chimney Sweep

  Mr Neale came and swept our chimney last Friday, he was excellent. Very fast to respond to our quote and all further questions etc. we had, happy to answer all questions and arrived when he said he would, friendly bloke. He did a great job with the chimney, left no mess and even informed us that we had the wrong cowl on the top! Would recommend him without a shadow of a doubt. Thanks!
