  We recently had our wood burning stove chimney swept by Ben Neale and we were extremely pleased with all aspects of the service he provided and advice he offered. His price was reasonable, he was very professional and took great care in terms of cleaning the stove and flue. We have no hesitation in recommending him.

  Ben swept six chimneys for us yesterday and his service was faultless. He was very thorough, he left everything very clean, he was friendly and very very helpful with kind advice, and he went the extra mile with the application of a little fire cement where needed, and even replaced the decorative pine cones in an unused fireplace. We will definitely use Ben again, and recommend him unreservedly. Thank you Ben.

  Excellent customer service

  Ben was incredibly helpful today. He was honest and charged us according to the work we had done as it ended up not needing the full inspection. We are really impressed with the service Ben provided, he even gave us some how to leaflets and would arguably be considered to have gone ‘above and beyond’ in his customer service today. We look forward to welcoming Ben back for future business.

  Chimney sweep and clearing of gutters

  Ben was friendly helpful and professional. Great job as the chimney was swept and thoroughly cleaned. Gutters had been blocked so this is no longer the case. Definitely will be using their services again as planning to book the same tradesman in the spring. Great job and thank you!
